Traci Corder, New Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Caruth has known Traci Corder since 1992 where they worked together in Labor and Delivery at the Medical Center of Plano. Traci has a BS in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, and worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse and an RN for 16 years.

She then returned to Texas Women’s University and earned her four-year MS degree in nursing and specialized as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. As a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner, Traci focuses on prevention first and then disease management. She has specialized in prevention and education for a variety of areas of women’s health including contraception management, promotion of good health, pregnancy and postpartum care and fertility counseling.

As the Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner in Dr. Caruth’s OBGYN office, Traci will see patients for their annual exam, as well as any follow-up obstetrics appointments for problem visits. She will take histories, perform exams, identify medical health needs/concerns and order appropriate diagnostic tests (including PAP, STD testing, ultrasounds, mammograms, bone density tests, etc). She will provide education, prescribe medication and refer patients, when appropriate.

LipoDissolve Safety

In light of the recent 20/20 segment on the safety of LipoDissolve we have created this list of frequently asked questions to help you make an informed choice about your body contouring services.

Patient Loses Her “Baby Tummy” with LipoSelection at Plano Aesthetics

What treatment did you receive? LipoSelection on my stomach.

Why did you choose this treatment? I've had a "baby tummy" that just wouldn't go away since my first child was born, it got significantly worse with my second child. When Dr. Caruth told me about this procedure and the kinds of results he's been seeing, I decided to do it. I trust Dr. Caruth of Plano Aesthetics, I've been his patient since before the first pregnancy, which is the only reason I considered this.

What were your thoughts/feelings prior to receiving the treatment? I was excited. I don't normally believe in "quick, easy fixes" but I trust Dr. Caruth, so I went for it.

Describe your treatment. It was short and painless and everyone was really nice. I don't remember much after the pill took effect, but I do remember the staff at Plano Aesthetics wrapping me in a nice warm blanket and bringing me a really great cup of coffee after the procedure was over. I slept like a rock when I got home and I was up and about the next day, painting walls.

How did you feel/look after the treatment? My stomach was noticeably smaller from the start, and by the time I went to the beach six weeks later, I was in a two piece and wearing all my smaller clothes and they were loose!

What are the final results of your treatment? I'm really happy with the results. Since I’ve had children, my stomach looked awful, now it's gone! I haven't felt this good about how my body looks in a long, long time.
